U\u010dinkovite strategije za privla\u010denje i zadr\u017eavanje talenata temelje se na sveobuhvatnom pristupu koji uklju\u010duje stvaranje privla\u010dnog radnog okru\u017eenja, konkurentne pogodnosti i kontinuirani razvoj zaposlenika.<\/p>\n<p>Prvi korak u privla\u010denju talenata je izgradnja sna\u017enog brenda poslodavca koji jasno komunicira prednosti rada u organizaciji.
